In this case study, I will walk you through my work on redesigning "Fantank (Confidential Project)," an arts and entertainment ecosystem app that aims to bring artists and fans closer together through investments and interactions.
User engagement and investment in artists are significantly below expectations, hindering its goal of bridging the gap between artists and fans.
User-centric design for an intuitive interface.
Simplified navigation for easy feature access.
Empowered artist profiles and direct interaction.
Interactive features (comments, likes, messaging, and sending FanBits).
Streamlined investment process and "Fanbits" digital currency.

Our primary focus was on understanding the needs, preferences, and pain points of both artists and fans. Here's how this phase played out in the case study:
User Testing: We conducted usability testing with both artists and fans to gather along with other 4 user types and took feedback and identify any usability issues and work upon on it.
Fantank was a rewarding project that successfully closed the gap between artists and fans. By focusing on user-centered design principles and incorporating innovative features, we transformed Fantank into a vibrant arts and entertainment ecosystem that empowers artists and delights fans.
